The apartment was excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. It is in a very good neighborhood close to the football stadium. Metro is 2 minutes away and there is an excellent supermarket opposite. Collecting the keys was easy and I could check in at 13.00 with a taxi to the property. The area is safe and the apartment very secure. Clear instructions for check-in, possibility to pay by card. There is everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom. I liked that there was a full set of towels and a quiet refrigerator. Good location, two different metro stations within 10m walking distance. Almost in the same house there is a puzatakhata, a small food court where you can eat homemade food. In the middle of 7 days stay, I was offered a cleaning. I recommend this place and will stay again on my next trip.
Felt really welcomed, no complaints at all.

The communication with the host was excellent, both before my stay, upon arrival, and during my stay. The enthusiastic and lively staff took care of everything in a very pleasant and professional way. The apartment was clean and functional, with all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and a shopping mall within walking distance. The internet connection was stable, and the owners and staff were reliable and service-minded. The coffee shop and bakery nearby were a great bonus. The apartment itself was brand new, very clean, well-heated, and had a modern and clean bathroom. The balcony was a nice addition. The downtown location was convenient, with awesome coffee shops and restaurants close by. The metro station was just a 4-minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive and clear in their communication. The apartment had a secure code access system and was in a safe area. The nearby Olimpiiska station made it easy to reach Independence Square, and the supermarket just 2 minutes away was convenient. The airport transfer offered by the host was a kind gesture. The only slight drawback was the 3 flights of stairs to climb, but it helped burn off all the delicious food and drinks!

The room was perfect for me, with a kitchenette including a microwave and fridge. I loved having a private bathroom with a shower in my unit. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The flat-screen TV was great for relaxing after a long day of work. Having a washing machine in the studio was so convenient.
I personally didn't enjoy the cable TV in the apartment, but others might find it entertaining.
